My past experience with the Whitening products was the toothpastes, gel trays and it wasn’t a nice feeling to keep the tray in your mouth when a ton of gel spills out of your mouth besides the whitening was uneven and patchy. 3D White was the only product that I was trying after a long time, it also claimed the results would start to show from day 3 and I was very sceptical to begin with. It’s a 20 day kit and it says professional effects 30 minutes daily for 20 days with advanced seal technology.
How to Apply
When you open the stripe, there are 2 strips one for the lower and one for the upper teeth. You should apply the lower one first, align it to your gum line and press it on your tooth for 5 to 10 seconds by your fingers and fold it over to back of your teeth and do the same. The Strip doesn’t cover my entire teeth, it’s short but I didn’t care As it covered the front of my teeth well. It fits well and no slipping out. But the Seal isn’t all good, you can feel the gel in your mouth but it doesn’t taste bad at all. You lisp a bit when the strips are in your mouth but I guess that’s understandable. It also says not to brush your teeth just before applying the stripes, not sure why.
I applied the strips for 20 days but I did miss couple of days in between and I also had the tooth sensitivity and the product instruction sheet says you should avoid using strips for few days and it would go away. So I ended up completing the course by 27’th day.
The Results
Honestly speaking, I started to look for results from Day one and I couldn’t see much on the 3’rd day also (though it claims that you would start to see the results by 3’rd day) but as I completed the 7’th day there was some change for sure. My teeth were a shade whiter for sure and by the end of 12’Th day the difference was noticeable and my friends did ask me if I had some treatment done.
By the end of the 20’Th day (of the treatment) my teeth looked awesome, they were much and whiter and brighter. They whiting was even and there were no patches. I never had such a bright smile, it changed my personality. I was smiling often than usual. It was just an awesome experience.
What others think about the Crest 3D White
When I checked online, most of the people have seen results with crest 3D White. There is a problem of Tooth and Gum sensitivity experience by lot of them. If you stop using the strips for a couple of days it goes away and never returns. If you already have Tooth Sensitivity you should use Sensodyne toothpaste, it gives fantastic results. But remember not to brush just before using the Crest Strips.

- Some people do experience Tooth and Gum Sensitivity but it goes off when you stop using it for couple of days and start again
